He began as a recruiter for an executive search firm in Manhattan specializing in placement within the finance and technology space, most notably for the Big Four.
Michael was able to see firsthand the many challenges employers face. Many struggle to dedicate the amount of time necessary to find great talent, and are dealing with a competitive market that can be difficult to understand. Realizing this early on, he was able to positively impact the lives of many people by matching them with opportunities at top-tier organizations.
Michael pivoted into a different field within the HR industry, working for the world’s leading job site in a recruitment advertising role. During his time at Indeed, Michael successfully helped hundreds of clients by creating and developing their talent acquisition strategy. His “hard work and quick wit” lead to a number of accolades, including President’s Club status. Michael coached and led a team of top performing sales representatives, responsible for generating 27 million dollars in annual recurring revenue.
Michael is a Fairfield native, deeply rooted in the community. When he is not working, his biggest joy is spending time with his family.
